Recipe: The Buffalo Flyer Sub

A little savory spice, a little sweet…and totally delicious!

Our August Sub of the Month is the Buffalo Flyer, made with flavorful sliced Buffalo Chicken, savory cheddar cheese, sweet honey mustard and a layer thinly sliced green bell peppers for crunch.

Make 1 sandwich


  • 1 sourdough roll
  • 1/2 oz honey mustard
  • 4 oz Boar’s Head Blazing Buffalo Chicken
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Green peppers, julienne


Assemble the sandwich, from the bottom up: honey mustard, Blazing Buffalo Chicken, cheddar cheese, a layer of lettuce, then green peppers. Cut in half diagonally and serve.
