During the month of April, look for the Jammin’ Jerk Sub at your local Mollie Stone’s deli counter. This hearty sandwich has a subtle kick from its savory, spicy ingredients:
- Jerk Turkey Breast is seasoned with a robust blend of jerk spices, including cinnamon, clove, habanero pepper, black pepper and onion.
- Chipotle Gouda Cheese is infused with just enough jalapeños and chipotle peppers for a deep, rich, smoky flavor and medium heat.

JAMMIN’ JERK SUB
Makes 1 sandwich
- Sub roll
- 1 oz honey mustard
- 2 oz lettuce
- 2 oz tomato
- 4 oz Jerk Turkey
- 2 oz Chipotle Gouda
- 3 slices of cooked bacon
Slice sub roll through lengthwise. Spread a layer of the honey mustard onto the bottom half of the sub roll. Add the lettuce first, followed by the tomatoes, turkey, cheese and bacon slices. Crown sandwich with top of sub roll and serve.
