Sterling Hill Farms sent over one of their favorite artisan gold potato recipes. The prep time for this simple dish can take as little as 10 minutes! Just pop them in the oven while you finish cooking the rest of dinner. They’re the perfect side dish.
2 lbs artisan gold/yellow potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 lemon, juiced (optional)
1 teaspoon dry Italian seasoning
Alternatively, we recommend substituting the dry Italian seasoning with roughly 2-3 tablespoons of fresh chopped rosemary, thyme and oregano. You can also use 3 cloves of fresh garlic and add salt to taste instead of using garlic salt.
Preheat oven to 415 degrees F.
Cut potatoes into quarters. Rinse. Place quartered potatoes in bowl and mix with olive oil, garlic salt, & lemon juice. Mix thoroughly to coat potatoes. Place potatoes in baking pan or on cooking sheet. Sprinkle dry Italian spaces on potatoes. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, serve.
