GUACAMOLE WITH GARLIC, CHILI PEPPER & CILANTRO
Recipe from Gourmet Garden
- 2 avocados
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Cilantro
- 2 teaspoons Gourmet Garden Chili Pepper
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 Vidalia onion, chopped
Mash avocados with fork. Add Gourmet Garden Garlic, Cilantro and Chili Pepper. Add lime juice, tomatoes and onions; mix well. Serve with chips, crackers, carrots or celery sticks.
