Recipe: Crêpes with Bonne Maman Preserves

Crêpes with Bonne Maman Preserves are delicious for breakfast as well as snacks & desserts. Crêpes are thin pancakes made with a flour-based batter. This famous French dish is loved around the world and often comes folded and filled with all sorts of sweet fillings.

  • 2 eggs, well-beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups milk or cream
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


Mix together eggs, milk or cream, melted butter and sugar. Add flour and baking powder. Stir until smooth.

Spoon batter onto a pre-heated, buttered frying pan and cook until thin and crêpe begins to brown and can be easily folded over without breaking.
