BASIC CREPE BATTER RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs, well-beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk or cream
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
DIRECTIONS
Mix together eggs, milk or cream, melted butter and sugar. Add flour and baking powder. Stir until smooth.
Spoon batter onto a pre-heated, buttered frying pan and cook until thin and crêpe begins to brown and can be easily folded over without breaking.
