The classic combination of chocolate, marshmallow and graham cracker doesn’t necessarily need an update, but we have to say this version of s’mores is definitely worthy of your next BBQ.
This dessert is easy to assemble in advance, and fun for guests (especially kids) to make. One thing that we particularly enjoyed was finding out how each person assembles their Strawberry S’more. Some people just went for it and stacked everything up; others ate each component separately.
However you enjoy them, you better make extra cause you are going to want “s’more”! Keep reading for the how-to.
STRAWBERRY CHOCOLATE S’MORES
Mollie Stone’s Markets Original Recipe
- Baguette, sliced
- Olive oil
- Your favorite chocolate (we used Ghirardelli Intense Dark Sea Soiree)
- Strawberries, washed
- Jumbo marshmallows
Lightly coat sliced baguette pieces on one side with olive oil. Place a square of chocolate on top of the non-oiled side.
Place oil side down on the outside of the grill to lightly toast the bottom of baguette and melt the chocolate.
Skewer a strawberry and a marshmallow an hold over the grill to toast the marshmallow. Serve over the toasted baguette with melted chocolate and enjoy!
