Real California Milk – Butter Coffee

CINNAMON BUTTER COFFEE

Prep time: 5 minutes, plus time to make the coffee

Serves 1 to 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups hot coffee (We used Verve Coffee Roasters Seabright*)
  • 2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) unsalted Móinéar farmhouse butter*
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil (We used Bulletproof ™ MCT Oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (We used Morton & Bassett Ground Cinnamon*)

Note: MCTs, or medium-grain triglycerides, are a type of fat that’s associated with benefits including extra energy and typically included in bulletproof-style coffee.

Directions:

  1. In the jar of a blender, combine coffee, butter, oil, and cinnamon and blend until smooth and frothy. 
  2. Serve immediately.
