Winter Cheese & Charcuterie Wreath

This extravagant and oh-so simple to assemble cheese and charcuterie wreath will have your guests going round and round as they explore all the delicate and elegant pairings within.

Prep time: 30 Minutes
Servings: 6 to 8

Ingredients:

  • Mollie Stone’s Dried Apricots*
  • Mollie Stone’s Almonds*
  • Pomegranates*
  • Marin French Cheese Co. Petite Truffle Brie – Made with Real California Milk*
  • Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Co. Toma – Made with Real California Milk*
  • Zoe’s Meats Sliced Prosciutto
  • Fra’Mani Sliced Italian Dry Salame
  • Jacobs Farm Fresh Rosemary*
  • Rustic Bakery Olive Oil & Sel Gris Flatbread Bites
  • Castelvetrano Olives

Directions:

  1. Clean and prepare your pomegranates into wedges and just the pomegranate arils.
  2. Slice both cheeses into single serving wedges.
  3. Arrange all ingredients on a large round platter leaving space in the center to form the wreath shape.
  4. Serve with the California 75 Cocktail and enjoy!

California 75 – A New Classic Lemon Cocktail

This sensational lemon cocktail is as bright and effervescent as the ocean views you’ll see driving down the sunny California coast.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces (60 mL) Trincheri Dry Vermouth*
  • 1 ounce (30 mL) freshly squeezed lemon juice*
  • 1 ounce (30 mL) simple syrup
  • 6 ounces (175 mL) Scharrffenberger Brut*
  • Garnish: lemon twist (or ribbon)*

Instructions:

  1. Add the Dry Vermouth, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into 2 flute glasses.
  2. Top each with Sparkling Wine. Garnish with a lemon twist/ribbon
