Fire up the grill and join the celebration! California Avocado Month has arrived.
Fresh California Avocados are at peak season now, locally and responsibly grown by California farmers who nurture the land every step of the way. Because they are grown close to home, they go from grove to grocers, like Mollie Stone’s Markets, in just a matter of days.
And if you’ve never tried grilled avocados, this is your sign. Here’s how to make them with the season’s freshest California Avocados, and get a taste of summer.
