California Grape Sorbet
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of green grapes from California
- 2 tbsp of lime juice (keep lime rind for garnish)
- 3 tbsp of honey or agave syrup
Instructions:
Put 4 cups of green California grapes into a large bowl. Freeze the grapes for a few hours until they are hardened. Place grapes, lime juice, and honey or agave in a food processor, and thoroughly blend to a smooth consistency. Pour into a container and freeze for approximately 6 hours*. Scoop, and top off your refreshing CA grape sorbet with some lime rind for garnish. Enjoy!
