The holidays are a time to gather and enjoy. Below are some of our favorite ways to help you host for the holidays with delicious recipes using amazing California ingredients. Roasted Grapes and Thyme Brie en Croute

Ingredients:
- 1 Real California Brie (We love Marin French’s Triple Créme Brie)
- Dufour Puff Pastry Dough
- Divina Greek Apricot Spread
- California Grown Red grapes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme
Directions:
To Prepare the Brie en Croute:
- On a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper that has been lightly dusted with flour gently unfold the sheet of pastry.
- Spoon the apricot spread into the center of the pastry.
- Place the wheel of brie cheese on top of the apricot spread.
- Fold each of the puff pastry corners up and over the wheel of brie, gently pressing to seal.
- Refrigerate the pastry-wrapped brie for 15 to 20 minutes. Heat the oven to 400 F.
- Bake brie for 25-30 minutes or until center is hot. Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
To Prepare Grapes:
- Pre-heat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut the grapes into smaller bunches and scatter on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle and coat in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Add springs of thyme to the pan.
- Bake for 15-25 minutes or until the grapes just start to burst and blister, rotating them halfway through the baking process.
- Let cool for a 5 min and use to top baked brie. (Don’t forget to use the juice drippings from the pan as a drizzle.) Finish with more fresh thyme.

Burt’s Honey Ricotta Toast

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2-inch-thick slices rustic bread, toasted
- 1/4 cup Real California ricotta cheese
- 2 heaping tablespoons chopped pear
- 2 tablespoons chopped glazed walnuts or pecans
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 pinches cinnamon
Directions:
- Prep time: 5 minutes, plus time to toast the bread
- Spread toast with cheese, then arrange pear and nuts on top. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve.
