It’s time to get Clo-zy with a warm mug of Clover Sonoma Eggnog and a slice of this sensational Spiced Eggnog Bread Pudding.
Made with our Mollie’s Fresh Organic Cage-free Eggs and a whole host of our favorite Clover Sonoma Products, this bread pudding recipe is sure to delight this holiday season.
SPICED EGGNOG BREAD PUDDING
Serves 4
Ingredients
- Bread Pudding
- 3/4 cups Clover Sonoma Organic Eggnog
- 1/4 cup Clover Sonoma Organic Whole Milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Mollie’s Cage-free eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ Cup of Mollie’s chopped walnuts
- A pinch of salt
- 5 cups cubed bread
Garnish:
- Clover Sonoma Whipped Topping
- Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease a baking dish; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add eggnog, milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Whisk to combine.
- Add the chopped walnuts and cubed bread and carefully fold to coat with the eggnog mixture, making sure all of the bread is fully coated.
- Pour your mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and the top becomes a nice golden brown.
- Slice and enjoy with a swirl of Clover Whipped Topping and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
