Spiced Eggnog Bread Pudding

It’s time to get Clo-zy with a warm mug of Clover Sonoma Eggnog and a slice of this sensational Spiced Eggnog Bread Pudding.

Made with our Mollie’s Fresh Organic Cage-free Eggs and a whole host of our favorite Clover Sonoma Products, this bread pudding recipe is sure to delight this holiday season.

SPICED EGGNOG BREAD PUDDING

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • Bread Pudding
  • 3/4 cups Clover Sonoma Organic Eggnog
  • 1/4 cup Clover Sonoma Organic Whole Milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Mollie’s Cage-free eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ Cup of Mollie’s chopped walnuts
  • A pinch of salt
  • 5 cups cubed bread

Garnish:

  • Clover Sonoma Whipped Topping
  • Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease a baking dish; set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add eggnog, milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Whisk to combine.
  3. Add the chopped walnuts and cubed bread and carefully fold to coat with the eggnog mixture, making sure all of the bread is fully coated.
  4. Pour your mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and the top becomes a nice golden brown.
  5. Slice and enjoy with a swirl of Clover Whipped Topping and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
