Stone Fruit Sundae!

What you’ll need:

  • 1 pound of Stone Fruits
  • ¼ cup Turbinado Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • Vanilla Ice Cream – or – your favorite dairy-free alternative!

How to make it:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Peel, pit & slice stone fruits.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Toss the stone fruit with sugar and balsamic vinegar and spread into a single layer.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, tossing halfway.
  5. Serve warm, atop ice cream.
