Here’s how to make it…INGREDIENTS
• 3 Zucchinis, 3 Crookneck Squash, 1 Red and 1 Green Pepper (Julienne Cut)
• 1 Cup of Onion 1/4” dice
• 1/4 of 1 bunch of Parsley (Chopped)
• 12 Eggs
• 1 Cup of Cream
